Who we are
Porziuncola Assisi is a monthly magazine in Italian from the St. Mary of the Angels Sanctuary. It contains 48 colour pages, and aims to provide a realistic contact with the experience of St. Francis of Assisi and with the places that are connected to him. In each edition there is a large section dedicated to the Church - presenting facts, experiences, witnesses to the faith - and to the most important topics in our contemporary culture, so as to better understand what is happening in the society in which we live.
Begun in 1924, Porziuncola-Assisi has passed through 80 years of publications, but its outlook remains the same: to offer a view of the facts, people and events from the perspective of Franciscan Spirituality.
